Jane’s aptitude, versatility and communication skills have underpinned her success and enable her to engage and assist people and organisations across the board.
Jane specialises in leadership and coaching, government policy and strategy, governance, change management, business management, business analysis, risk management, business planning, human resources, marketing, communication, and facilitation.
Jane lives in Gippsland with her husband and two children and is passionate about her family, her business, supporting regional development, and the odd Belgian chocolate.

Barry is a believer that we can make our emerging business and community leaders better and more effective. He is heavily involved in the development of leadership across regional businesses and communities, specialising in corporate governance, strategic vision and planning, leadership consultation, facilitation and education.
Barry is a long time Gippslander, born in Warragul and has lived in Inverloch, Morwell and back in Warragul for more than 25 years with wife Rosemary. He is committed to the growth of the region, loves the beaches and mountains and is a keen vegie gardener.

Ryan has 18 years’ experience in management, engineering, business development and business consultancy. He is passionate about working with entrepreneurial leaders and businesses that think big and seek a strategic and pragmatic path to success. His focus is on providing support in areas of business strategy, brand and product development, intellectual property, market analysis, marketing strategy, project management and contract management.
Ryan lives in Gippsland and loves spending time with the family, walking the dog, the dog walking him, and a good red on occasions.

Allison has over 20 years of civil engineering, environmental and safety management, project planning, project management and business case development experience. Allison’s objectives are to work in partnership with public, private and small business to help, support and promote successful and sustainable planning and project management solutions.
Allison lives in Gippsland and enjoys being out and about with her family in the great outdoors…given Gippsland’s weather, she clearly enjoys a challenge.
