Following a promotion to Captain, he took a Senior Role in Training Command which was his segue into Learning and Development. Soon after, he was recruited by a Leadership & Development Consultancy, which introduced him to Neural Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Travis is a Master Practitioner & Trainer of NLP for executives and entrepreneurs. He also specialises in helping startups access capital and develop key documents including business plans, pitch decks, and information memorandums.
