Aerium is proud to be participating in two State Government mentoring programs, which is how you can access our mentoring services at no cost:

1. Solar Victoria Mentoring and Support Service

This free service is funded by Solar Victoria to provide independent business mentoring and support.

Aerium is delighted to be appointed the official provider and we look forward to helping retailers and installers, participating in the Solar Homes Program and Solar for Business Program, reach new business heights.

The service offers up to four x 90 minute FREE one-on-one confidential sessions.

2. VCCI Business Recovery and Resilience Mentoring

Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in partnership with the Victorian Government, offer up to four x 2 hour FREE mentoring sessions to eligible small business owners impacted by COVID.

Our Business Mentoring Approach

Our mentoring style and approach is to quickly determine business priorities and allocate the appropriate mentor very early on in the process. This approach provides maximum opportunity for businesses to receive the exact guidance they need within the timeframe.
